Please remember Schools OPEN, for many already. It's time to get back to adhering to the Stop signs that pop-out on the bus, to watch for children walking on the side of the road to get to the bus stop, and to be prepared for STOPPING quickly.

We begin to get some of the most beautiful gardens and some of the best produce in this month in our area however, it also means that our nights begin to get cooler and then the days too meaning fall is just around the corner and I want summer to stay longer (it gets worse every year it seems)

Changes to Appraisals that we all should be aware of. The Author is recommending to pass this along to as many Realtors as possible. Oh boy, if we ever go to decipher an appraisal done on a property that we need to contest in assisting our seller or buyer client, Help. Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA is a wonderful way for the entire family to experience the joys and attributes of Music in our lives.
There will be over 300 performances. There are 14 stages and 11 of them are completely FREE. What could be better than that.
Musikfest in held from August 5th to the 14th this year (2011). This is their 27th year. The first Musikfest was held back in 1984.

Yahoo! The anticipated positive REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS IN THE POCONOS FOR JULY 2011 that we were hoping for and were greatly anticipating have come in! As you can see in reviewing the chart below the number of homes sold for the Month of July was only down 4% from last year (a great number compared to last month) and the average sold price of those home for the Month STAYED EVEN! THEY DID NOT DROP! Yes, Wahoooeeeee! Good news in our Market.
