You will save money and get the same result. Actually a better result especially indoors because then you are not breathing in all those harsh chemicals, another good reason not to use them. THE POCONO REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2012.
The number of homes sold for the First Quarter of 2012 in Pocono Real Estate were 315. When compared to last year for the same time frame (298) our numbers are up by 5%. YAHOO!
Out of the 315 homes sold for the First Quarter of 2012, Foreclosures accounted for 95 of them or approximately 30% of the total sales.

The Market Trends for Homes Sold in the Poconos for March 2012.
The Number of Homes Sold rose for the Month. Sales were up by 24%.  Fantastic news!
The Average Sold price of the homes that sold for the month did decline.  Prices for the month fell 9%. Not so fantastic news.
When analyzing the Market Trends for Homes Sold in the Poconos one has to remember our foreclosure rate and our Absorption rate.
Due to the amount of foreclosures that are Sold (approx 30% of the market sales), this amount influences the monthly average sale price, not in a favorable … (1 comments)
