Foreclosures were 27% (9) of the Homes sold in Stroudsburg PA for December.
The Average Sold Price in Monroe County for December was $133k.
Well, the Stats are in and I personally cannot say how disappointed I am in the end result as far as the average sold price and the rate of foreclosures for the year.
