Here is a review of the Market Summary for Jackson Township PA for the year to date, up to Aug. 31, 2012 As we take a look at the NUMBER OF LISTINGS in the chart below we do see that the Number of Active Listings greatly outweigh the number of Pended and Sold listings.  This signifies a Buyers’ Market. In looking at the Market Summary for Stroud Township in Pocono Real Estate, let's look at the Summary Statistics listed below. We see that the potential to sell your home is improving with the Absorption Rate dropping and the Average CDOM (cumulative days on market) dropping however, that list price needs to be at market value for sure as the average list price continues to drop also.
