A Kauai Gem Several years ago my youngest daughter and my son-in-law wanted to be married on Kauai. My wife did a google search and came across Blue Hawaii Weddings. Carol called and talked to a person named Larry Rivera. He explained that we could arrange a wedding very similar to the one in Elvis Presley's movie, Blue Hawaii at Coco Palms. The ride on the outrigger canoe and everything. My daughter being a huge Elvis fan, do you think she would turn this wedding arrangement down. Right! NO WAY. We made the plans and came to Kauai.
