Whoop.. I Hit 2 Million Points in ActiveRain.. Finally.. Monday this week I finally made the 2 Million point level in ActiveRain. Whoop!! I actively started participating in AR back in 2011 when I had approx. 70 K points. I had joined AR back in the summer of 2007. I obviously did not participate very much for my first 4 years or so. After all this time and numerous blogs, comments, contests, etc. I finally arrived at the 2 Million point level. It was not easy to say the least!

November 2016 Photo Challenge - Travel Pictures California Below are pictures I took on our most recent trip to California plus a similar trip we took last year in November to attend the same special wine event. I decided to use these pictures as an entry into the ActiveRain Travel Photo Challenge which was put together by Dick Greenberg. Gosh - Per Message below I will Inherit Big Bucks! I got this below message yesterday via an ActiveRain communication. Obviously this another in a long line of scams which arrive on a frequent basis via Email, Text messages, Voice mails, etc.. I have no long lost relative(s) with lots of inheritance being or could be left to heirs. I know my ActiveRain friends and colleagues realize this kind of communication is always a internet scam but I am this posting for the general public’s knowledge.

Grasshopper Morph’s into Sensei by using ActiveRain Information Dick Greenberg is now hosting the fourth annual Sensei/ Grasshopper Challenge and information is found here. I have been a Sensei one time and a Grasshopper two times during the past 3 years. I previously had posted a blog seeking a Sensei who could assist me in Katy TX with adding a copyright symbol and my text to pictures I have taken.

ActiveRain Video Challenge Gave Me New Motivation. Bob Crane for the second year in a row created a video challenge for ActiveRain members during August. In fact today is the last day to enter your videos. I want to thank both Bob and ActiveRain for holding this challenge as it has given me a new shot of motivation to create local videos.

Back to the ActiveRain Saddle Again in Katy We were unavailable since Monday June 30, 2014 to participate in AR activities as we traveled to celebrate of our wedding anniversary. What I learned from Dave Liniger's Interview with Bob Stewart I read Bob Stewart's blog about the interview with Mr. Dave Liniger and the fact that he had video clips for the interview we could watch.
