Bistro Provence French restaurant has decided to have a special food day on Tuesday February 21, 2012 to celebrate Fat Tuesday. Their menu for the day will emphasize crepes of all kinds. Customers will have the opportunity to choose smoked salmon, chicken and mushroom, raifort, banana and nutella or red berry crepes for both lunch and dinner. Authentic French Cuisine in West Houston is available at Bistro Provence. We had the pleasure to dine at this fine restaurant last Saturday evening. We have been to Bistro Provence several times and it is one of our favorites in the whole Houston area. If you like really authentic French food this is the place for you.
