There will be over 300 different exhibits in both buildings in two buildings covering 2 floors . The show will include exhibits covering home improvement, remodeling, decorating, windows, kitchens & baths, heating & cooling, flooring, granite, home theater, siding, pools & spa’s, home decor, sealing products, blinds & shutters and landscaping themes. This is the 11TH annual holding of this fine show.

Flu Shot Today for Me in Katy TX I got my annual flu shot today at Costco in Katy. I writing this post as getting the shot had slipped my mind for several weeks. My Doctor who is Internal Medicine specialist tells me at my age I need to make sure I get the annual flu shot. This guy is an excellent Doctor and I do whatever he tells me to do. He is a Doctor who does not just write prescriptions.

The City of Katy or Historic/Old Katy is holding one of its newer local events being a community campout on Friday November 4, 2016 at the VFW Park in Katy. This event is geared for family fun and towards young children. The campout starts at 6 PM on Friday but can start setting up at 5 PM. This event will end on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 10 AM. Sometime during middle of September 2016 marked the three year anniversary of me working out on a regular basis here in Katy TX. I decided back September 2013 to begin the workout journey and have constantly followed this path ever since then. We go to Life Time Fitness which is a 5 minute or less drive from our home in Katy.

I have heard about a new scam in the last few days making the rounds in the Houston and Katy areas. I thought it was important enough to tell folks what I know concerning this new (at least in this area) scam. I also understand a local lawyer actually fell for this nonsense.

Yes indeed we were awaken this morning at about 3 AM in Katy TX to the very unpleasant sound of a fire/smoke detector telling us its battery needed to be replaced. We guts it out as Yolanda did not tell me to get up and shut off that horrible noise. I did get up at 5:30 AM to workout. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out which of 10 or so detectors we have was the culprit this time. I cancelled my workout plans as time slipped away … (31 comments)
