Maud Marks Library Holds Holiday Food Drive Dec 2016 The Maud Smith Marks Branch Library will be a drop off point for the “ Share Your Holidays” Food Drive being conducted by ABC 13 KTRH in Houston. Maud Smith marks has participated in this food drive every year since it opened in 1993. The date is Friday December 9, 2016 and starts at 6 AM and runs until 6 PM. Volunteer Opportunities at Harris County Public Library Katy Looking for a volunteer chance in Katy TX? Maud Marks Library which is part of the Harris County Library system is hosting a volunteer Orientation program on Wednesday September 4, 2013. The orientation starts at 4PM.The library is located at 1815 Westgreen Blvd. Katy TX.
The volunteers are needed to do things such as shelve books, count patrons, and more. This session is geared for student volunteers who need to be able to commit to two hours of work each week.
Children’s Summer Reading program at Katy TX Library as the Maud Smith Marks Branch Library is hosting an afternoon adventure they term “Zoofar”. The program is being held on Monday July 9, 32012 starting at 2 PM. Children ages 5 and up are invited. Tickets will be distributed at the library on the same day as the event is being held.
