Focus Today is on Churchill Farms in Katy TX which is a new subdivision that began with land being cleared last November 2011 and homes being sold without a model(s) during January 2012. One of my clients purchase one of the first if not the first home sold in this neighborhood. When my clients signed their contract roads into and out of the new development did not exist.
