Stroud Township has a couple large communities, including one of the county's largest gated communities, Penn Estates.  The township consists of 34 square miles and is dedicated to increasing open space, parks and recreational opportunities. Today, CNNMoney.com reports that the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 5.03%, which is still incredibly low and should be taken advantage of! And now that the government has extended the first time home buyers tax into 2010, AND opened it up so more people can take advantage of it, anyone still thinking about purchasing a home should start looking!
