I just got back from my annual trip to Lake Winnipesaukee. I stay with friends in Moultonborough on the lake. I believe that this area is one of this country's most beautiful areas to visit. And a welcome change to the weather from the middle of summer in Fort Lauderdale!

Trim notices will be coming out shortly for property taxes. We are all aware that the market has declined in the past year, especially in South Florida.
