Now Mike is expanding his expertise to include mastering the complicated short sale transaction with his affiliation with CleanSlate Home Foreclosure Solutions. Canoe - A gem on Lake Winnipesaukee in Center Harbor, NH

I just got back from my annual trip to Lake Winnipesaukee. I stay with friends in Moultonborough on the lake. I believe that this area is one of this country's most beautiful areas to visit. And a welcome change to the weather from the middle of summer in Fort Lauderdale!

Every time I visit, I insist on eating at Canoe. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the Lakes Region. Casual, yet upscale, Canoe has something to offer every palate. From excellent Rack of Lamb and Prime Rib to Meatloaf served with the most sublime Mac and Cheese!

So if you find yourself in the Nortwest area of Lake Winnipesaukee, stop in to Canoe in Center Harbor, you won't be dissapointed!

Trim notices will be coming out shortly for property taxes. We are all aware that the market has declined in the past year, especially in South Florida. Unfortunately, the municipalities who tax homeowners are not as quick to reflect that decline in the tax bills they are sending out. But homeowners can appeal their tax bills and request a review of their current appraised value. But this process is tedious and time consuming.
