sphere list: Upcoming Property Tax Bills - 07/24/08 09:59 AM

Trim notices will be coming out shortly for property taxes. We are all aware that the market has declined in the past year, especially in South Florida. Unfortunately, the municipalities who tax homeowners are not as quick to reflect that decline in the tax bills they are sending out. But homeowners can appeal their tax bills and request a review of their current appraised value. But this process is tedious and time consuming.
We have found a company that can handle this process for a competitive fee, specifically, a $99 filing and processing fee and 35% contingency fee on any reduction … (6 comments)
