herzman mesa: Evergreen CO Real Estate In Herzman Mesa - 02/10/10 10:42 AM

Herzman Mesa is an older community just south of downtown Evergreen along Highway 73. Herzman Mesa is easily recognized as you head south from Evergreen on 73 as the turn off which is South Skyline Drive is right across the street from a fire house and the intersection is anchored by a fenced in mini storage facility.
The community is basically a large circle comprised of, conveniently named, Herzman Drive and Mesa Drive bisected by Skyline Drive. Adjacent to Herzman Mesa is Cub Creek Ranch a custom, newer home community of large acreage and Evergreen Sunset Heights a little known community … (0 comments)
