saddleback ridge estates: Evergreen CO Real Estate in Saddleback Ridge Estates - 02/18/10 04:21 PM

Saddleback Ridge Estates is one of the westernmost subdivisions in Evergreen, CO. Located in Clear Creek County and accessed from I-70 at Floyd Hill and exit 247 this area offers quick access to the ski areas to the west as well as Denver just 40 miles east.
I've written about Saddleback and the various neighborhoods within the area at the Evergreen real estate web site, and the associated page for Saddleback Ridge Estates.
