Do buyers need real estate agents? - 03/30/11 02:28 PM
Since I work as a buyer's agent a lot, I thought that this post and all the comments are useful enough to repost for more people to see. Via Kathleen Moriarty (Better Homes and Gardens - Rand Realty): In one of my recent blogs (http://activerain.com/blogsview/2193545/do-real-estate-salespeople-make-tons-of-money-), I debunked the myth that real estate professionals are millionaires. However, salespeople are paid a commission to do whatever it is they do. Both sellers and buyers often want to buy or sell a home themselves; why do they need an agent? Sellers wonder what salespeople could possibly do that's worth paying for; after all, don't agents

New homes are going up like the Spring flowers to come... - 03/23/11 02:54 PM
In southwest (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero) Florida new homes for sale are blossoming again and new construction pricing has started the creep upward. I have been in many communities just over the last week or so and each one is building new product to order and they all are building a small amount on spec for inventory. Where? Paseo - Fort Myers (Stock Development) The Plantation, Fort Myers (Pulte/Centex) The Quarry, north Naples (Pulte/Centex) Secoya, north Naples (Stock Development) Black Bear Ridge, north Naples (Stock Development) Manchester Square, Naples (WCI Development)(brand new development from the ground up) Andalucia, Naples
