If you have thought about putting your home on the market in the past several months put a plan of action in place to go with those thoughts. We all know that the best type of marketing is word of mouth. Have you had the neighbors call you to come over and "look at our new kitchen", I have. Often times you are going to see that what is a huge deal to them, is that they have just brought their home up to todays standards and color schemes. It sounds like such a canned line from a Realtor that "the time has never been better to buy a home". I am posting this to say just that. If you are wondering if you should buy or not do the right thing and call a Realtor today. They will get you in contact with a good lender that can perform a financial check up toi see if it is the time for you to buy or not. The truth is in my opinion that you should have done this about 6 months ago so you can have a plan and (0 comments)

I am so glad where my path in life has brought me. It is funny when you get so involved in your day to day life that I know for me I forget that I actually have a plan and that I am working my plan on a daily basis. I made my plan to become a Realtor over twelve years ago. The plan was to get my license, join an office, go shake a few hands and be semi retired at this point. Then life happened. Are You Ready to Buy? Now it is time for you to look deep into your heart (and bank account) and decide if you are ready to buy a home. Finding your motivation and specifying your wants and needs is a good beginning, but there are other things to consider before taking the leap into home ownership. What's your financial situation? What's your debt load? Credit cards, utilities, car payments, childcare and groceries are factors to consider.
