It sounds like such a canned line from a Realtor that "the time has never been better to buy a home". I am posting this to say just that. If you are wondering if you should buy or not do the right thing and call a Realtor today. They will get you in contact with a good lender that can perform a financial check up toi see if it is the time for you to buy or not. I am so glad where my path in life has brought me. It is funny when you get so involved in your day to day life that I know for me I forget that I actually have a plan and that I am working my plan on a daily basis.
