I total up how many hours a week I work these days and when I see the total it can be tiring. I am immersed in Healdsburg Real Estate and Sonoma County Real Estate. If I am not showing property at the end of Mill Creek I am working on marketing or networking with my Facebook Healdsburg Real Estate site.

I remember when I was growing up my Mom always pointing out Charlie East’s triplex on Matheson Street in Healdsburg and saying, “We could have bought that place for $46,000. It is now worth at least $500,000. conservatively. That $46,000.00 price was at a time like today during an economic downturn.

FHA high balance loan limits to expire on September 30th. The loan limits were set at $660,000. And the new limit will be at $520,700. If you are purchasing a home for an amount that is higher than this you will need to get a jumbo loan.
 
Hunt Conrad of Prospect Mortgage remarked “I do not think this will be a big game changer. Jumbo’s rates are not that much higher than high limits and the bulk of FHA borrowers are purchasing below this level for the most part.”

I believe that history often repeats itself and if that is true than many experts may be wrong in their opinion as to how long this market will take to recover. In each and every of our economic downturns the rebound was always quicker and stronger than anticipated. This could happen again and there are so many factors that will sway the outcome.
