It is another great week in Healdsburg Real Estate. Rates are continuing along record low rates with sales volume remaining slow and steady. Loans are difficult at best and will continue to be or tighten slightly.
 
If you want to be sure that you are getting your most from you lender ask a lot of questions. How much are your fees, are there going to be points, what are the garbage fee's, is there a rebate, by the way all loans get rebates so ask that you receive it otherwise the lender keeps it. This On Thursday, November 11th at 11:00 AM there will be a gathering to honor all Veterans in the Historic Healdsburg Plaza. It will take place at the statue of the little boy that is holding the American flag and which is our war memorial. Veterans day is commonly recognized at 11:11 on November 11th.
Prior to the ceremony Center Street Deli will have a free breakfast for all Veterans. Tayman Park golf couse will also have something for our Veterans. Free golf on the 11th + 12th.

On Thursday October 28th the North County Council of Realtors will have their annual golf tournament at Tayman Park in Healdsburg. This is a great annual event that is held to raise money for the wide variety of projects that the group, commonly known as the MLS group supports all year long. I am fairly active in our community and hear about a lot of the challenges that we all face these days. One of the many bright spots in my life today is the Healdsburg High School and the good that I see pouring out of it. I dropped my daughter off today and you can see the positive energy everywhere. I have been part of the activerain community for quite a while now. The benefits are great. There are a couple of points that I would like to make.
1. We have left the industrial age and we are living in the information age. I am a lifelong learner and I share the knowledge that I gain. That lifts us all up and makes society better as a whole.
