Who Does That Agent Represent? - 09/26/11 08:27 AM
Great post on Buyer agency.
 
Here in Ga. agents are PROHIBITED from representing a buyer unless there is a buyers agency agreement. So if a buyer does not have a buyers agreement with the agent they are working with then by law, that agent does not represent them!
 
Here is what the Georgia buyers agreement has in bold right on top of the front page:
State law prohibits Broker from representing Buyer as a client without first entering into a written agreementwith Buyer under O.C.G.A. § 10-6A-1 et. seq.

Federal spending - simplified - 09/24/11 05:28 PM

So what's 8 zero's among friends....  take the zeros off the federal budget and look at like a household.

With the recent budget battles in Washington and more budget battles on the near horizon some people might wonder what all the fuss is about.   It's all billions and trillions and a whole lot of zeros.  I think this illustration really brings it home to show just how unsutainable out national spending habit is.

I hate (most) car salesman....

But not this one!

Barbara and I love Taco Mac Restaurants, so we were thrilled when we got an email to take a test drive of a new Buick or GMC and get a $25 Taco Mac Gift Card!  As a former car salesman, I really hate going to car dealerships now.  Most car salesman give me the willies.  As I headed to Carl Black in Kennesaw the other day I have to be honest,  I was getting a little nauseas.

From the time before I was born to about age 20 or so my dad had one of the finest car collections anywhere in the country.  Over those years I had the chance to see and drive many of the worlds most unique automobiles.  Without a doubt one of the most memorable was the "Mercer" Cobra.  AC Cobra chassis number csx2451
