Selling a home in today's market, Part 1
Today's topics are - Is it a good to sell? and Selling by owner or with an agent?
Recently, I had the pleasure of doing an adult ed. home buyers class for the Marietta Community School. I have decided to take some of my outline notes and form the into a blog series for home sellers.
The class was actually a "For Sale by Owner" class. The content of this series will be more along the lines of selling by owner. However, I think there will be some good marketing ideas … (4 comments)

house: Metro Atlanta - I like the Tortoise vs. the Hare - 03/13/08 02:55 PM
The Atlanta home market is pretty tough right now but I'm sure no where near as tough as some other parts of the country. See my recent post for Cobb County Stats. Howeverover the last year and over the long haul haul the Atlanta Market has been very steady.
Prices for 2007 were up slightly. I thnk what is really impressive is the fact that we have only had 3 quarters since 1977 where prices dropped. These were 3q of 1990 through 1q 1991.
We don't gert the big rushes like some parts of the country saw in the last few years but … (1 comments)
