Hollywood comes to Powder Springs Ga.!

For those of you who might not know it, the state of Georgia has a very large and robust film industry. Outside of New York and California it is one of the largest film production states in the country. Going all the way back to the 1970's the Georgia Film Commission has given incentives to film here in Ga and the result has been a ton of revenue and jobs. I consider myself fortunate that I started in real estate when I did, back about 6 or 7 years ago. There I was with a real estate license and had to figure out how to build a business. That was really about the time that the internet was becoming the prominat way for buyers to search for homes.
