College Housing:  Rent or Buy?
If your child is going off to college in the fall, you are probably thinking about how much it is going to cost to house your student who is going to live away from home, and near the campus. Many students who go away to college end up renting an apartment for four years.  Wouldn't it be nice if all that money that would go towards rent goes instead into an investment that offers all the advantages of home ownership?
