I had been hearing some people say that it seems like all the properties for sale these days are Short Sales. So, I checked to see how many homes sold during the last 4 months, and what type of transactions they were. Here is the breakdown of the 330 homes that sold in Whittier from April 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011:
