This three bedroom, 2 bath ranch-style retro residence is located in the neighborhood of College Park in Lake Worth, FL.  A hip retro house circa 1957, which still exudes much of it’s original charm.  College Park is quaint a neighborhood just south of West Palm Beach in Lake Worth bordering the Intracoastal and a bike ride to the ocean.

Upon entering this home one is greeted with shining wood floors, custom wood built-ins and an art deco wall dividing the great room.  

The kitchen is still fitted with it’s original solid wood cabinetry and solid wood pocket doors.   The appliances have been updated, which offers a ‘mod’ contrast to the 1950’s cabinets and counters.  The kitchen uses gas, not electric, a major plus for any cook and for the utility bills!

The bathrooms are straight out of retro style 'Mad Men' with polished pink tile in the guest bath that would make Barbie jealous.  The master suite features bright and happy sunshine yellow tile that has old Florida charisma.  All of the bedrooms feature gorgeous hard wood floors, walk-in closets, and loads of light.

Across the street from this hipster house is the Intracoastal and small Intracoastal park, a hidden gem for local fishermen or for those that want to enjoy a sunrise over the Intracoastal waterway.

Cruise to fabulous Downtown Lake Worth in less than five minutes from College Park and enjoy the fantastic nightlife of Lake Ave. Downtown Lake Worth offers everything from shopping to dining to live music and luxurious lounges.
