The term Short-Refinance has been making the rounds through the real estate industry and on Saturday, the Obama-led government has put out their newest way to keep foreclosures from continuing.  In an effort to stop the rate of foreclosures, the government has come up with a Short Refinance.
Short refinances are intriguing and many of us told the banks this several years ago.  I cannot tell you how many times people have asked me can't I just settle with my second lien holder and stay in my home.  Well now it may be available for you.

I am not sure if I should be happy or sad as my wife has been there for the last few hours.  In all seriousness, I think this is a huge aset to our Boca Raton Community.  I hope it continues to do well.  Nordstrom Rack is an outlet store for Nordstrom.  I am sure this will do extremely well.

Tropic Isle Residents Get their Wish! No Walmart in East Delray Beach - 09/23/10 09:42 AM

 
Residents have been protesting for months about the possibility that the discount giant Walmart may be built on Linton and Federal Highway. Yesterday we found out that Walmart has pulled their zoning request which essentially means Walmart will no longer attempt to build a store on Federal and Linton.

I thought this was a very interesting read.  Although, I am a republican I do not always vote that way as I am tired of the very conservative right wing.  I basically do not like extremists in anything.  I respect Lee Iacocca, but just as many think Warren Buffet is the be all and end all of investments I take both with a grain of salt.  I can honestly say I do not care of the state of our morality at this point, but I do care about our country and the financial crisis we are in.  I think the post … (3 comments)

Are You Ready For Some Football? - 09/09/10 03:22 PM

I know I am.  As we all are in the real estate industry we ned our vices, and football is one of mine.  It has been too long.  I am a Miami Dolphin fan and the great thing about the football season starting is that we all start with a clean slate with aspirations of winning the superbowl.  I however am a reallist, and know that the Dolphins have no shot at that achievement, but hopefully a good exciting season is ahead for me.  Good luck to all the teams this week.  I am glad to have football back.  It … (0 comments)

Worthing Place I was Pretty Disappointed! - 09/08/10 01:41 PM
I pass by this place all the time as we frequent to the restaurants and shops in downtown delray beach and I thought I would stop in.  My in-laws are planning on moving from manhattan to boca or delray and are looking for a luxury rental building within walking distance of shoppes and restaurants.  Worthing Place has an amazing location.  It was perfect.  The staff was very courteous.  The leasing consultant was very nice and showed me around, but when she showed me the model, how disappointing.  It has plush carpet and very inexpensive finishings.  I thought I would see wood … (0 comments)
