Sometimes I believe its best to take a look at yourself and your business from another angle and point of view....so I did and decided that I needed to make a change/upgrade. It is still a work in process but I did get the ball rolling and am very happy about that! With the help of the GREAT people at Keller Williams and eEdge I has able to make a website (www.HawaiiProp.com) that is much more user friendly, easy on the eyes and hopefully a lead generating machine! hawaii: Yard Signs....

So I need to buy some new for sale signs and for some reason or another I can't decide on which type to get...it seems like such an easy thing to do but after doing a bit of research and speaking with a few companies one would never believe the amount of bells and whistles that go along with a simple for sale sign. Full color, 4 colors, laminated, not laminated, reflective, non reflective....and that is just the sign itself, the stand is a whole nother thing to decide on. I met with a homeowner today who is going through the foreclosure process and is in the beginning stages of trying to figure out what to do....Now at this point the homeowner has no idea what to do and all she knows is that she is going to lose her home. I still do not understand why there are so many buyers that are still on the fence and not taking the plunge into the market. With home prices having dropped substantially and interest rates as low as they are, homes are on SALE. The economy of course is not in very good shape, but people still need a roof over their head right? If you don't own a home you are going to rent somewhere...why pay rent to someone when you could purchase a home and pay the same amount (or very close to it) monthly. As noted in the title of this entry...now is the time to BUY real estate. If you can get the financing to purchase a property there is no reason why you should wait any longer. Many buyers are very "gun shy" because of the current economic situation, and they are just looking and waiting. Waiting for what? Prices have dropped dramatically, interest rates are still very good, and sellers are willing to make deals because they know that the buyers have the majority of the leverage.
