oahu property: 20,000 and climbing! - 03/21/11 01:26 PM

Through ActiveRain I have got some great advice on technology things, yard signs, been able to post new listings and met some great people. Thank you ActiveRain for giving us in the real estate industry this great tool.

oahu property: Price Reduction - 03/18/11 11:35 PM

So what is a proper price reduction?
I normally advise my clients to price it well from the get go, but there are some sellers who want to list their properties a little higher just to test the market which is totally understandable. Now after that if their is no activity and no offers (especially for a short sale) for a few weeks it is time for a price reduction....
Now the question is how much of a reduction? Say the property is listed at $350k, is $5k every 7-10 days a good amount? Or is it better to make a … (3 comments)
