When purchasing a home, it's always good to weigh the pros and cons of buying a warranty for that home, at least for the first year. 
As an agent, I always tell my clients about warranties and my own personal experience with them. 80% of the time I think it's a good idea to have one. Sometimes I even purchase the home warranty as the gift to the buyer, and many times it's come in very handy. What a beautiful home this is, I love this home, I love this area. Tons of room for everyone - 4 large bedrooms on the main living area - and a fireplace in the Master! Add a pool to the expansive, fully fenced backyard and you may never want to leave!

We had this great 10-year-old cat named Jack who just recently died. Jack was a great cat and the kids would carry him around and sit on him and nothing ever bothered him. Leave the lights on, just not the candles burning! - 08/03/11 05:40 PM
I've been showing quite a few homes lately and more than a few have had lit candles through out the home. Don't get me wrong - I love candles and they do make the home smell great and create a nice ambiance - however - NO ONE IS HOME! I fight the urge to blow them out even. 
Candles cause over 15,000 home fires annually. (per the National Candle Association) - and you should never leave a candle burning out of sight!
