Buy Real Estate in Idaho This seems like a no brainer but I have been pleading with Idaho Home Buyers and Idaho Investors to buy, buy, buy! The reason I say this is that in 1987 I had the opportunity to buy real estate in Idaho at incredible prices that would have made me a very wealthy man today. I tell the story that in 1987 I could have purchased one-third acre lots bordering the fairway of one of the most popular golf courses in Idaho for only $5,000 each and didn't buy them out of fear! A story posted on Yahoo today states that people are leaving high home price areas and moving to areas less populated that offer less expensive housing, less traffic and lower crime. The article states that some areas have appreciated as much as 125% which is driving many people out. I have a client that lives is Seattle and is moving because she fears her daughters that are very young right now will not be able to afford a home and stay near them because of the strong appreciation. Basketball is in full swing and basketball fans are out in full force. From the east coast to the west coast fans are cheering for their favorite college team. It brings fans sports fans together like nothing else from the office pool, to gathering in pubs, to home gatherings. It's awesome and one of my favorite times of the year. Soap Opera fans however are not too happy unless they happen to love basketball and I don't know to many that do. You should have heard my mom scream last week when she found out her favorite soap opera had been replaced by (8 comments)
