I am amazed at how many Realtors I run into that still don't have a website. Not having a website in this day and age is like not having peanut butter on your peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Many people simply don't know how to create a website and many think a powerful website is too expensive to create and maintain.

Many parts of the country are experiencing a high inventory of homes. Many buyers in many markets have a huge inventory of homes to look at. Realtors in those markets are competing more and more for the few qualified buyers in tough markets.
A relatively new Realtor in our area that told me recently he just showed his 22nd home to a couple. He said they like most homes he shows them but they just cannot makeup their mind.

I just had a wonderful marathon conversation with my dear friend Renee Burrows - NV Real Estate this a.m. and it was a conversation I will remember the rest of my life. I don't think there is a subject regarding real estate we didn't discuss in the over and hour and a half conversation.
In that conversation I mentioned to Renee I don't take "Floor Time" and I have not taken it since 1997. She responded by saying that she didn't like floor either and felt like it tied her down and kept her from building her business.
