The conclusion of "Survivor" showed me why we have Realtors- both Seller's agents & Buyer's agents and written contracts.

Scenario: "Weighing his word of honor vs. a million dollars, Dreamz is tormented by the deal he made. If he keeps the immunity necklace for himself, he could solidify his spot in the final 3."  Then at the Tribal Council: "with tears falling, Dreamz whispers his intention to go keep Immunity for himself, going back on his promise to Yau-man."

Right there in a nutshell is why we have written binding legal agreements and all subsequent communications are in writing so that there are legal consequences for not performing.  Also I gained an appreciation for the service that I provide as a Realtor in helping to protect their clients (sometimes before) but certainly during a real estate transaction.

Was "Dreamz" an unethical person or just "playing the game"?  We've all met a "Dreamz" person that doesn't keep their word, doesn't follow through, or performs only if it's to their benefit. 

Thank goodness there are great Realtors out there advising & protecting their clients!
