media: The new decade - 12/31/09 09:40 AM
Should we say good ridens to this decade or be grateful for the lessons learned.
The answer may be somewhere in the middle. Certainly the crash of the last 15 months is not something we want to to be happy about. Many families have endured hardships and are struggling.
As we look back in the future there very well may be a sense that this decade was "the good old days"
There is a saying that comes to mind that PRESENT is a gift.   Keep this in mind to have a happy life and present.

media: Real Estate TV shows and the media - 12/04/07 11:42 AM
As I watch Real Estate TV shows and listen to the media I wonder about all the stories that do not get on the air. There are bound to be many situations that are not covered. The goal of the show is to increase the number of viewers and therefore make adds more attractive. Real Estate covers a large continuum and very difficult for consumers. I observe many details that are skipped over as things that would make a huge difference in a transaction.
