 This is the best time of year to back up data and de-clutter files on your computer. Portable thumb drive devises are the best thing since chocolate for storing data. The more you back up the better you become at both organizing and retrieving data. With software like Top-producer everything has gone web-based. I always fell more comfortable with the original tucked away in the basement. As technology progress there will be better ways but probably never replace the paper trail. Topproducer is a real estate specific data management site/software and has become the choice of Realtors from what I can gather. I also use a system call intersend. This is an automated system designed solely for drip email campaigns of buyers and sellers of Real Estate as well as related services. It does allow an agent to write customized emails for use. I have found that it is user friendly to clients, but not the level helpfulness in both service and conversion rates.
