denver real estate: Denver Among Areas Recovering the Fastest from Recession - 03/17/11 05:01 PM
According to a recent Denver Post report, Denver and Colorado Springs are among the metro areas recovering the fastest from the economic recession. Denver was one of six metro areas (out of the 100 surveyed) that outperformed the job creation rate during the 4th quarter, growing 0.8%, according to Mountain Monitor, a report by the Brookings Institution. The report also took other economic indicators into account, including metropolitan product, which was up 4.5% in Denver from its peak in the 4th quarter of 2008. Unfortunately, the Denver real estate market isn't one of the factors helping the recovery. Read More

denver real estate: Denver MLS Now Offering Limited Service - 08/03/10 05:19 PM
The Denver MLS is now allowing limited service to metro Denver agents, usually for a reduced fee. What does “limited service” mean? For a negotiated fee, an agent will enter a seller’s listing into the MLS--and that's it. Does this practice really benefit the consumer? We have noticed that these listings often display data entry fields that are not correctly filled out, or have missing or inaccurate information. Under the broker's remarks, a buyer’s agent is advised to contact the homeowner directly to schedule an appointment, or to present any offers. What does this mean to a Denver agent who is

It’s hard to believe that Parker, Colorado’s Wildlife Experience is nestled in the southern Denver suburbs! Its sheer size and cultural opportunities make it seem more like an urban facility. TeamCox Realtors has a fondness for Wildlife Experience since RE/MAX International was the first major sponsor of the museum and continues to support it. This summer, RE/MAX is presenting the annual Wildlife Cup, a golf tournament held at the Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia to raise money for it.If you haven’t been to Wildlife Experience, it’s definitely worth the trip, especially since it has added its new addition – Globeology. denver real estate: Calling All Denver Realtors: Please Be Courteous - 09/27/09 08:00 PM
Calling All Denver Realtors: Please Be CourteousAnother unhappy seller called again today, and no, he is not unhappy with us. He knows that he has hired highly competent agents to market and to sell his home. He has a problem is with a few of the agents who have been showing his home, since after four showings, not one of the agents has even bothered to leave a business card. This creates a problem since there is no way for the seller to know if the agents showed up or not. This listing happens to be a short sale, but does
