EXPIRED LISTINGS: How to Break Into A New Market - 05/28/11 12:29 PM
 "Borino, I would like to work expired listings in a different area. The prices in the area that I live in are about $300K-$900K. I would like to work expireds in this area! The problem is I don't have any past sales in this area nor does anyone in my office. I wish I could tell you that right after I got my license my real estate career took off. How I became an overnight success and an amazing rookie real estate superstar. Well, it didn't turn out that way....
