Hopkinton Q1 market sats -single family Homes - 04/04/09 08:47 PM

This chart shows Q1 2008 vs Q1 2009 sales stats for Hopkinton MA
while sales volume and avg prices are down avg days on market is improving and sales price as a percentage of asking price is stable. The second chart down shows which price ranges are most active YTD 2009. Looking for improvement in the market with low interest rates and government incentives.
