Franklin MA year to date single family market statistics. Franklin MA real estate market is showing strong signs of life. The number of solds is on par with last year. More importantly the Days on Market is down by 30% to 104 days. and the avg sales price is up 5% and median sales price is up 15%.

Southboro MA was recently named  #31 in CNN Money magazines "100 best small towns in America" 

Southboro has real new england feel with its country roads mixed with farms and residential homes. Southboro has excellent schools and a great community spirit. there are no malls in Southboro, but all the shopping you could want is just a few minutes in any direction. Southboro MA has great Hiway access and commuter Rail station in town.

Boston's Little Italy- The North End, Summer Festival's - 08/17/09 07:07 AM
This video is a snippet of the annual summer festival known as the fishermans feast. There are several feast throughot August and they are based on religious tradition celebrating certain saints. The Fishermans feast is highlighted by a procession to the waterfront to bless the waters and protect the fisherman. there is, of course a celebration in the streets of the north end, including games, music and lots of food,some of which is captured on this video.
