Newsweek Magazine's article- "Best High Schools in America" has just posted their top 1,000. schools. Hopkinton MA was ranked at #2 in Massachusetts behind Boston Latin out of 11 named in MA. Hopkinton ranked number 95 out of the toatl 1,000 schools. Hopkinton was also named a "best schools" award by CNN/Money magazine in 2009.

Do I qualify for a "Short Sale"? - 06/15/11 02:25 PM
The only real criteria for a short sale is - you must have a hardship. you do not necessarily need to be behind in payments to have the bank consider a short sale on your home. If you can't make your payments and have fallen behind because of a hardship, this is what matters- The Hardship. A short sale is when you sell your home for less than is owed and the bank absorbs the loss or "shortfall", the difference between what is owed and what is available from the proceeds.

Hopkinton, MA—June, July 2011- This summer, Middlesex Savings Bank will be sponsoring the Hopkinton Community Family Movie Night Series, brought to you by the Parks and Recreation Committee. These free community “drive-in” style movie nights will be held on the Town Common on Friday June 17th and 24th and July 8th and 15th.
