Tonight Friday July 16th, Movie Night on The Common Starting at Dusk. "the Blind Side" with Sandra Bullock. movies are shown on huge screen and refreshments will be sold. Bring the family, bring the chairs and blankets and enjoy a family movie under the satrs- FREE!
Bring your blanket and chairs, popcorn and soda, head on over and enjoy movies under the stars. Ooops! don't forget the kids!!

Friday July 9th, "UP" Disney pixar watch the Trailer
Friday July 16th, "The Blind Side" Sandra Bullock watch the Trailer

hopkinton events: Hopkinton High School ranks in the top 500 high schools in America, again!

Each year Newsweek ranks the top schools based on how hard the staff works to challenge the students. The Top 1600 schools are ranked which accounts for 6% of all the High schools in america. The Hopkinton High school ranked 381 in this survey and is ranked #6 for a massachusetts school system. Congratulations to the school staff and administration for their hard work and congratulations to the community for supporting the school system.

The town of Hopkinton is blessed with 4 lakes and several small ponds and hundreds of acres of designated open space with marked walking trails and passive recreation. Today I want to tell you about Lake maspenock and all it has to offer, (see map). I have lived in Hopkinton for 25 years and most of that time I have lived either on the lake or in the lake neighborhood. The lake is 2 miles long and is an all access lake, allowing all types of sports and watercraft. There is an abundance of fish and is host to several fishing (0 comments)

This wonderful tradition of celebrating our nations birthday with a parade- in this case its called "the Horribles parade" every year with a different theme. This years theme is- green and conservation. The parade is followed by a concert on the town common and a boat parade by the town beach on Lake Maspenock. (0 comments)
