After several permitting delays, the much anticipated Grass Fed in Jamaica Plain opened in late March with enormous success. Between vacation and Passover, it took me a few weeks to get there but I was finally able to check it out. Yeah!

As the name implies, Grass Fed is a burger bar featuring grass-fed, family farm raised beef (from VT) as well as other locally grown and produced items such as micro brews from the Berkshires, potato buns from a JP baker, and local produce when available among other local goodies.
