We just completed a staging job today at the Portland Place Condominiums that was a lot of fun to do. It's Victorian that was split into condominiums (each averaging 950 sq. feet). I rarely get the opportunity to stage older homes, in this case, a restored Victorian in the Mapleton Hill area. It's a great location, right off Broadway and Portland, across the street from Ideal Market and Vic's. I really love the architectural features, exposed brick, and original floors. Combine that with modern wiring, state-of-the-art kitchens, and gorgeous baths; and you've got a winner! Here's the result:;)
