I know this site is primarily for Realtors. I have the upmost respect for you guys, your amazing to keep trudging along and working hard even when the market doesn't swing your way.However, I know every one of you probably has a special mortgage person that you prefer to send your clients to. Those folks are the people I'm looking for.

FHA is tough right now, and for the sub prime market it is almost the only game in town. The company I work with helps mortgage brokers get their FHA origination licenses in all of the Southern States. We are a CPA firm that is very versed at delivering the Full Financial Statements HUD requires but for company's that request it we are also doing "one stop shopping" on the whole application process. For those that already have their licenses but are tired of the cost and/or slow service they receive on their annual financial audits, we do competitive estimates for those as well.
