Well, it has been over a month since I made the prediction that interest rates lower than 5.5% will spur on the local market and add urgency to buyer's decisions to make a purchase. Has this happened? No, I don't think so. At least not yet. We have had a pretty cold January weather-wise and the market has been pretty cold too. Prices have been on the downtrend and I believe we are now about 10% below the peak of last summer. How do I come to this conclusion?
