Or is it?  Does anyone else have a vacant piece of ground for sale they have been struggling with?  In Montana, land for sale seems to be everywhere!  Not all of it has the great amenities that the outside world seems to be looking for (you know, trees, water, great views, etc), but pull up our MLS and you can find 3,005 active listings for tracts of land.  WOW!  How on earth do you compete in that pool?
