Where's North East Edina?  It's all the homes in the Edina school district that are bound by
France Ave on the westCrosstown on the southXerxes Ave on the east54th Street on the north
(most all of these homes are south of the Minnehaha Creek... with a few streets worth just to the north, where we run into the Minneapolis school district boundary.
The following list shows the number of homes sold each year in the NE Edina area (all homes listed and sold on the northstar mls)
