I was excited to see a new HUD listing pop up this morning in the Plum Creek Condos complex in Castle Rock. This complex has not had many units under the $150,000 mark in a while and this is a fantastic price for the area!
Sawgrass at Plum Creek is located just south of Plum Creek Pkwy between I-25 and Gilbert St. This is one of the premier neighborhoods for Castle Rock condos and units in the Plum Creek area usually sell in the upper $100's to the mid $200's.
