town and country townhomes: Parker Foreclosures

We've been working with several new clients looking at Parker foreclosures and Parker townhomes this past month. While there have been a few foreclosures in the Town and Country townhomes, we were excited to see a new listing from HUD pop up today in the newer complex, Prairie Walk on Cherry Creek.
This neighborhood was built in 2006 and is just north of E-470 between Parker and Jordon rd. Prices range from $90,000 for smaller units to $130,000 for larger units - making this 1,000+ square foot unit a great deal at just $100,000!
