DENVER, Colo. - June 1, 2010 -
The Denver metro area's luxury housing market continued to rebound in April with sales of million-dollar properties up sharply from the previous month and from the same period a year ago, according to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Colorado's leading provider of luxury real estate services.

Below you will find the most recent Denver SSE statistics. Although presenting some less than impressive figures, there are several positive aspects to be seen here. Inventory is down over 12% since last year, and prices appear to be stabilizing and beginning to rise. These are positive traits.
